Panettone, a sweet symbol of the Italian Christmas holidays, represented an interesting challenge for Cosimo. Traditionally prepared with milk, butter, eggs and candied fruit, the young man decided to experiment with the use of butter and buffalo milk in the recipe, giving it a distinctive and unmistakable note.
